Welcome to My Floor Haven! We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping. Please review our policy for processing times, delivery options, and other essential details.

Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This means we've received your order and pre-authorized your card for payment. We'll then quickly verify stock availability with our suppliers. If your item is ready to ship within 5 business days, we'll process the payment and ship it out promptly. If there's any delay or unavailability, we'll void the pre-authorization and notify you immediately.

Tracking & Order Shipment

We'll keep you updated on your order's progress! You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment, so you can easily monitor its delivery.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, contact us at support@myfloorhaven.com.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Transit Time: Estimated Transit time is 4-10 business days. Delivery estimates depend on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days (handling + transit time)

Please note that this applies to in-stock products, and transit times can vary depending on the product ordered and your location.

All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. We make sure our vendors know of new orders to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. 

Custom Orders

For custom flooring orders, additional lead time is required for production and preparation.

  • Lead Time: Custom orders typically require 1-4 weeks before shipment.

  • No Returns: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

  • Due to the personalized nature of these orders, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has started.

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM  Mountain Standard Time.

We strive for timely delivery, but unforeseen events like extreme weather or supplier issues can sometimes cause delays. If this happens with your order, we'll reach out to you directly using the contact information you provided. We'll explain the situation and let you know if there are any changes to your order. During peak seasons, deliveries may experience minor delays. We'll notify you if a significant delay is expected.

Shipping Availability

We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States, which include:

  • Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

States We Do Not Ship To

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.
  • Canada: We currently do not ship to Canada, but exceptions apply depending on the product. Contact us for availability.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

Our shipping rates are based on the product's weight and location. We use LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight for most orders to secure transport. For shipping options, please call us for a personalized quoteThe shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Orders will be shipped via Unishipper, Worldwide Express, FedEx, USPS Parcel Delivery, or UPS for faster service.

Shipping flooring and tile can be expensive due to the size and weight of these products. To help offset these costs, we recommend a minimum order value of $500 for most of our flooring and tile products.

Address Changes:

If the order has been processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate this change. Please expect delays for all address changes.

However, if there are any additional charges from our freight companies because of this change, this will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions Apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • Report damaged deliveries within 24 hours, including photos.
  • If your order is lost, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Receiving Delivery Guidelines:

  • Delivery Information:

    • Curbside Delivery: Most deliveries will be left at your curb or driveway and cannot be carried into your home or residence due to insurance restrictions.
    • Adult Signature Required: It is crucial that an adult over 18 is present to receive the delivery, inspect the materials, and sign for them. This is a requirement for insurance purposes.
  • Inspecting Your Order:

    • Upon Arrival: Carefully inspect the materials for any visible damage like dents, scratches, or missing pieces.
    • Visible Damage: Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. This is essential for filing a claim.
    • Missing Pieces: Report any missing items within 24 hours by emailing support@myfloorhaven.com or using the Contact Us page.
    • Concealed Damage: If you discover hidden damage after the initial inspection, report it immediately to support@myfloorhaven.com or via the Contact Us page.
  • Delivery Responsibilities:
    • Be Available for Delivery: Please ensure you are available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery window.
    • Provide Accurate Contact Information: Keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure we can reach you if necessary.

Additional Costs:

  • Delivery Delays: If you are unavailable to receive your shipment or fail to provide accurate contact information, you may be responsible for additional costs related to re-delivery, storage, or return of the shipment.

Important Note: We strive for a smooth delivery experience. However, it's important to remember that you are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and inspect your order.

Freight Insurance:

We recommend purchasing freight insurance for high-value or fragile items like premium hardwood floors or tiles.
