Welcome to My Floor Haven, an online-only flooring retailer. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping. This policy outlines processing times, delivery options, and other details for orders placed at www.myfloorhaven.com.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We pre-authorize your card and verify stock availability within 1-5 business days. If the item is in stock, we process payment and ship promptly. If delayed or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and notify you. Sales tax for New Mexico orders is applied as outlined in our Sales and Use Tax Policy.
Tracking & Order Shipment
You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment. If not received within six business days, contact support@myfloorhaven.com. Track your order at www.myfloorhaven.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Handling Time: 1-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Transit Time: 4-10 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5-15 business days (handling + transit).
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance or external factors (e.g., weather). We notify you of significant delays. See product pages for specific estimates.
Custom Orders
- Lead Time: Custom flooring orders require 1-4 weeks for production before shipment.
- Non-Returnable: Custom orders are final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable, as noted on product pages and in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Due to the personalized nature of these orders, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has started.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time for same-day processing.
Shipping Availability
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (e.g., California, New York, Texas). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, or Canada, unless specified on product pages.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are based on product weight and delivery location, displayed in your cart and finalized at checkout. We use LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight, Unishipper, FedEx, USPS, or UPS. For personalized quotes, contact support@myfloorhaven.com. A minimum order value of $500 is recommended to offset shipping costs.
Address Changes
If the order has been processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate this change. Please expect delays for all address changes.
However, if there are any additional charges from our freight companies because of this change, these will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions Apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damages: Report damages within 24 hours of delivery with photos to support@myfloorhaven.com. Note damages on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not refuse shipments.
- Lost Shipments: Contact us immediately to resolve with the carrier.
- Claims: Use our contact form at www.myfloorhaven.com/contact-us for faster processing.
Receiving Delivery Guidelines
- Curbside Delivery: Most deliveries are curbside and cannot be carried into your home due to insurance restrictions. Special delivery requests or instructions can be arranged via custom quotes.
- Adult Signature: An adult (18+) must inspect and sign for the delivery.
- Inspection: Check for damages or missing items within 15 minutes. Note issues on the receipt and report within 24 hours.
- Upon Arrival: Carefully inspect the materials for any visible damage like dents, scratches, or missing pieces.
- Visible Damage: Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. This is essential for filing a claim.
- Missing Pieces: Report any missing items within 24 hours by emailing support@myfloorhaven.com or using the Contact Us page.
- Concealed Damage: If you discover hidden damage after the initial inspection, report it immediately to support@myfloorhaven.com or via the Contact Us page.
- Be Available for Delivery: Please ensure you are available to receive your order during the scheduled delivery window.
- Provide Accurate Contact Information: Keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure we can reach you if necessary.
Additional Costs
Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery or storage fees payable by the customer. Ensure accurate contact information and availability.
Freight Insurance
We recommend freight insurance for high-value or fragile items (e.g., hardwood, tiles).
