Ordering & Payment
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay Installments, and ACH transfers for bulk orders.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.
Price Match Guarantee
5. Do you offer price matching?
Yes! If you find a lower online price for an item, we’ll beat it by $50 for products priced over $2,000. The item must be in stock, and the competitor must be an authorized online retailer. Exclusions apply to auction sites and promotional events like Black Friday.
Shipping & Delivery
6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or other U.S. territories.
7. How much does shipping cost?

Orders over 150 lbs typically ship via LTL Freight, with rates starting at $300.

Every additional 50 lbs incur an extra $75 charge. Orders exceeding 700 lbs require a custom quote.

Orders below 150 lbs are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS with variable rates.

9. How do I track my order?

Yes. Most flooring and tile deliveries are curbside only, and drivers will not carry items inside due to insurance restrictions.

If no one is available to receive the shipment, additional re-delivery, storage, or return fees may apply.

13. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unopened products. Return shipping costs apply, and a restocking fee may be charged.
14. Can I return custom-made items?
No. Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Use natural rubber or felt rug pads to prevent damage. Avoid PVC rug pads, which can trap moisture.

22. How does Shop Pay Installments work?
Shop Pay offers flexible payment plans through Affirm:
