Cancellations are free before payment processing (1-5 business days), except for custom orders. Modifications may not be possible after processing. Contact support@myfloorhaven.com immediately.
5. Do you offer price matching?
For products over $2,000, we’ll beat a lower online price from an authorized retailer by $50. The item must be in stock. Exclusions include auction sites, clearance sales, and promotions (e.g., Black Friday). Contact us to verify eligibility.
6. Where do you ship?
To the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or Canada, unless specified on product pages.
7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on weight and location, shown in your cart and finalized at checkout. A $500 minimum order is recommended.
8. How long does shipping take?

9. How do I track my order?

Use hardwood-safe cleaners, avoid wet/steam mopping, and sweep regularly.
20. Will my flooring fade over time?
Some fading may occur due to UV exposure. Use UV window film and rearrange furniture/rugs.
21. What kind of rug pads should I use?
Use natural rubber or felt pads, avoid PVC.
22. How does Shop Pay Installments work?
Via Affirm:
- Pay in 4 ($50-$999): Interest-free, every 2 weeks.
- Pay in 2 ($35-$50): Interest-free, every 15 days.
- Pay Monthly ($150-$30,000): 3, 6, or 12 months (0-36% APR).
Eligibility checks don’t affect credit. Late payments may impact future eligibility.
23. How is sales tax calculated?
New Mexico orders include gross receipts tax (7.875%-8.3125%) based on delivery address, applied to product and shipping costs, shown in your cart and at checkout. Out-of-state orders may require use tax. See our Sales and Use Tax Policy.
