At My Floor Haven, we want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best deal possible. If you find a lower price on any of our products, let us know—we’ll beat it by $50 on orders of $1,000 or more! Just provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, invoice, or email, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How Our Price Match Works

We work hard to ensure our prices are among the best online. If you find a better deal, we’ll refund you the difference—no hassle, no stress. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

• You must purchase the item from our website first before requesting a price match.
• The competing product must be in stock at the time of your request.
• The competitor must be an authorized online retailer (not a physical store).
• The price match includes the item price plus shipping, but it does not include sales tax.

What’s Not Eligible?

• Limited-time promotions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales
• Rebates or buy-one-get-one-free offers
• Auction sites and discount marketplaces like eBay or Overstock
• Price matches that would result in a loss for us (we’ll always try our best, but some exceptions may apply).
